The Nashville Black Market focuses on empowering black business and entrepreneurs.  Hosting black business at the farmer's market since 2018, the NPM opened their first retail store on Richmond Drive in August, 2023.  

Co-founder, Carlos Partee, was born and raised in North Nashville.  An entrepeneur, developer and educator,  in just the past five years Carlos has founded two flourishing businesses:  The Nashville Black Market, an ecosystem for black businesses to translate their products and Cashvilleetc, a clothing brand that tells Nashville's forgotten story through merchandise, media and event.
