BrainTrust is a collective of diverse women business owners intent on using their businesses to build financial independence, wealth, and influence - together.  Using our brain trust - our aggregated experience, expertise, access to networks, markets, and capital - to help one another grow and scale.  By committing to dedicated monthly meeting, members learn to quickly process issues and opportunities, identify blind spots and pitfalls, develop strategies, and celebrate successes.  

Speaker BIO:  Carter Koontz comes to BrainTrust with years of experience problem solving, fostering business growth, and creating vibrant cultures. After college, Carter began working in the professional sports industry, where she excelled in marketing, sales, and event planning.

Carter moved to Nashville and quickly fell in love with the city. Now, she keeps a keen finger on the pulse, studying the intersection of development and culture. She brings drive, enthusiasm, and creativity to BrainTrust to inspire members and promote a welcoming environment for women business owners to grow their businesses and achieve their personal and professional goals.
