Tash Weddle, CEO of The New Beginnings Center/TNB-Fitness, is a dedicated professional with 30 years of comprehensive experience in the fitness industry. After a 17-year career in collegiate strength and conditioning, Tash co-founded The New Beginnings Center (TNBC) in 2011, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering low-income women to build strength—both physically and mentally. Under Tash's strategic leadership, TNBC expanded its reach, positively impacting over 4,500 women in and around Davidson County.
Tash also launched TNB-Fitness, a thriving social enterprise that has generated more than $850,000 to support TNBC’s mission. With over 14 years of expertise in nonprofit management and a decade of successfully owning and operating small businesses, she is a results-driven leader committed to excellence. Her impact has been recognized through numerous accolades, including NBJ’s Most Admired CEOs (2019), NBJ Women of Influence (2020), and Leadership Nashville (2023-24).
A passionate advocate for women, Tash is dedicated to helping them break through stereotypes, self-doubt, and perceived limitations. She firmly believes that health and fitness serve as the foundation for transformation and new beginnings.
