Louise Mueller is the founder and principal designer of Loue Interiors. Born and raised in Trollhättan, Sweden, she moved to the United States in 2010 to pursue her passion for interior design, building a career working with clients across the country. Louise is known for her thoughtful, detail-driven approach, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and proportion, guiding her clients through the design process and helping them make choices that feel right for their home.
After spending 13 years in Los Angeles, she relocated to Nashville, Tennessee in 2023, where she continues to design elevated residential interiors defined by subtle color palettes, balanced proportions, and effortless, lived-in approachable design. In 2023, her work on the Pasadena Showcase House was recognized by Architectural Digest.
A longtime collector of vintage pottery and furniture, Louise has been sourcing and curating one-of-a-kind pieces for over 20 years. These collected elements often find their way into client projects, adding depth, character, and a sense of storytelling. Through Loue Interiors, she creates homes that feel collected over time—elegant, intentional, and curated rather than styled.
