Colleen joined BCON in October 2024 while transitioning from a Corporate HCA career into working as a Lifestyle Content Creator. As many BCON members, Colleen has a passion for supporting those in need.
Locally, she has been on the Board, the Advisory Committee, and a Past President at the WO Smith Community Music School, was a longterm Surrogate Parent for Metro Nashville Public schools, and 10 years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Nashville children.
In 2006, Colleen established a fund through the Central NY Community Foundation to support the residents of her grandmother’s village in the Adirondack Mountains. In 2008, she started to provide micro-loans internationally. In the April 16th BCON meeting, Colleen will share her passion for micro-lending.
