The Best Things Start in a Garage

Claire Coleman is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Jewish Studies and Washington University in St Louis with a Master's in Social Work and Nonprofit Management. Claire discovered early on that her career path in life would be a little different when at the dinner table as her sister was telling her parents about her visit with the community helpers her sister told her parents that she wanted to be a police officer and Claire proudly announced that she wanted to be a stranger. Claire has never been afraid to be the stranger as she has ventured around the world, first leading tours for young professionals in the Middle East, then training young citizen diplomats with Sister Cities of Nashville in nine countries around the world, and now with Project CURE Claire works to support under resources hospitals and clinics around the world. When Claire is not a stranger in a strange land, she is mother to three young boys and two pit bulls, an avid runner with five marathons and one ultra marathon under her belt, and a lover of literature.
